Booking and Payments

Payment Method: Payments are accepted via Interac e-Transfer to: connect@connexionsacademy.ca

Timing: To secure your child’s session, payment must be received at least 24 hours in advance.

Packages: Multi-session bundles are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice: I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer the time slot to another student on the waitlist.

Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

Emergency Clause: I understand that life happens (especially with K–6 kiddos!). Emergencies and sudden illnesses will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Lateness

To stay on schedule for all of our families, sessions will end at the scheduled time even if the student arrives late.

Refunds

• Single Sessions: Fees for individually booked sessions are non-refundable once paid. If a session is cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice, the payment will be fully credited toward a future rescheduled session.

• Multi-Session Bundles: Bundle purchases are non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue tutoring before completing a bundle, any remaining sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to a sibling or friend, provided they are used within the original 6-month validity window.
